Post Default search template doesnt work

i tried using default search template but it doesnt give me results. then i checked global WP_query and this is what i found

[meta_query] => Array ( [relation] => [1] => Array ( [key] => my_duration [value] => get_all_cmf_except_me [compare] => != ) [2] => Array ( [key] => my_price [value] => Array ( [0] => 1-500 [1] => 500-1000 [2] => 1000-2000 ) [compare] => IN )

1. Relation can only be 'AND' or "OR" right?
and here we have "[relation] => [1]".
2. Can values in array be like this "1-500" and such?

Are these the problems causing error?
what should i do?

1. It seem you didn't set AND or OR in the form setting page for the meta query. But it will default to AND though.
2. Yes, you can use such 1-500 values, but if you want to do this, normally you has to use 'BETWEEN' compare operator.
