Hi

I like your search engine (it works which is more than can be said for other so-called search engines- thank you!)

I notice that you have not updated the plugin for WordPress 4.6.1 - are you still supporting the plugin? (sorry if this appears to be a daft question)

Also when creating a taxonomy search - the search dropdown extends along the whole page which is not very nice to look at. Can you advise as to how to make the dropdown width smaller? I suppose some css would do it.

Anyway thanks for any reply

Nick

Yes, I still provide support to this plugin. I haven't test it to the latest version yet (been very busy lately), but it should have works.

As for the width, you can override the css by references to the ultimate-wp-query-search-filter/trunk/themes/default.css.
Foe eg:

.uwpqsf_class{
width:80%!important;// '!important' is really important when you want to override the css in your theme.
}

New Add-On Plugins for Ultimate WP Query Search Filter has been released! Check it out now.

Hi

Thank you for the answer I needed. It seems to work well with the latest version (fyi). It works well in a widget.

Again thanks for the reply.

This I can't really tell. The note found page is depends on your theme. It maybe call 404.php or you can look in to the search.php to see how it handle the no result found.

Hi - solve d it - wasn't your plugin but another search plugin which "took over" after no results were found. Thought it was yours but it wasn't. Sorry

If you want I can give you feedback re: 4.6.1
